Great customer service is the cornerstone of what we do.
We are dealing with product, however, that at times may have some variance. On rare occasions this product may not meet expectations.
Products sold on this website is either custom designed, hand-made, picked and checked by florists, and/or dependent on seasons and suppliers. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.plantimage.com.au. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
You can generally expect Indoor Plants & Flowers, Evergreen Fences & Walls, Hand-made Trees and other artificial plants (product) by Plant Image to last 12-months or longer, if handled and cared for properly. Meaning – if you do not place product in the wrong place, or if not handled inappropriately – by using product in accordance with the intended application area and environment it was designed for, your goods of purchase will last well beyond this period of time.
Returns Process
If you feel your product is not as intended when purchased online and delivered, you must:
- Let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods by calling us on (03) 9466 4734.
- You will be asked to provide photographic evidence, emailed to accounts@plantimage.com.au, to improve communications and decision-making.
Once we, Plant Image, are confident that product received has been handled as recommended, Plant Image will accept to Return and Refund.
The refund will be processed via the same method as initial payment.
Refund conditions and consideration applies to the specific Interior Plants & Gardens, Evergreen Outdoor Fences & Walls and other items purchased online only.
Refund conditions also applies to promotional items available only in the current sales period.
Delivery, accessories and other items are not included in the refund purchase price.
Upon receipt of items into store, process of payment will take up to 10 days, as per exact payment account for transaction.

Exclusions
Excludes:
- Delivery fees;
- Products purchased under conditional offers or stock; and/or
- Clearance items & limited-edition products.
To protect and prevent fraud, the refund will be processed via the same method as original transaction payment and receipt. No exceptions.
