By using our delivery service, you agree to let our freight and company drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether purchased product can be safely left at the delivery address, should no one be there to receive delivery items. Plant Image can hold no liability for the product from this point onward.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address, or no one is home during your selected delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee may apply. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our Thomastown store. If Plant Image is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive product on the recipient’s behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the product from this point onward.
Contact us, Plant Image direct, to arrange the return. We will then email or post you a label, or arrange for Australia Post to collect the item. Fees will apply to you, the consumer, unless noted otherwise.
Print @ Post:
Allows customers who do not have access to a printer to print their return label – free of charge – at more than 3,800 Post Offices nationwide.
Packaging at a Post Office:
Enables Post Offices to provide your customers with complimentary packaging that you specify, which is then charged back to your account.
