All of our plants are measured either from the base of the pot, the base of the vase, or the end of the stem to the top leaf/flower.
UV Walls, 5-years or longer. All other plants, 12-months or longer.
You can generally expect Indoor Plants & Flowers, Evergreen Fences & Walls, Hand-made Trees and other artificial plants (product) by Plant Image to last 12-months or longer, if handled and cared for properly.
Meaning – if you do not place the product in the wrong place, or if not handled inappropriately – by using in accordance with the application area and environment designed for, your goods of purchase will last well beyond this period of time.
UV protection will prevent your artificial plants from fading, cracking or becoming brittle. Plants that are manufactured with a UV protectant inside the foliage of the plants are UV resistant and deemed UV protected.
If placing your artificial plants outdoors, we always recommend using our UV protected plants. They will not crack and fade and will always look beautiful
We do not recommend using Indoor Plants & Flowers for outdoor environments. These plants are treated differently and become compromised when placed in direct sunlight.
A regular clean will keep all artificial plants like new.
We recommend using a feather duster at least fortnightly. If dust or dirt builds up, you can use a damp cloth to gently wipe down the plants and foliage.
Yes, gently. If you notice that your outdoor green wall is building up dust or dirt, you can use a hose on gentle water pressure to clean it.
DO NOT use a high-pressure washer. It will cause pieces to fall off your green wall.
5-years or more.
We have never had a problem with our UV Walls changing colour or cracking. We suggest that our green walls will last outside 5-years, but we have no guarantees or warranties.
Installing our UV Wall panels, by Plant Image, is simple!
Wooden Fence:
The easiest way is to use a staple gun.
You can also screw them up on your fence.
Colourbond / Metal Fence:
Use stainless steel rivets.
Concrete Wall:
Use a hammer and drill, or screwdriver and screws, with nylon anchor plugs.
Surface Preparation:
Sometimes you may need to get additional materials to achieve a flat surface (i.e., timber batons), prior to mounting materials.
Our UV Wall panels measure 100cmx100cm.
You can extend our panels by clipping them together. You can also customise the panels by trimming them to fit the dimensions of your application area.
Plants and flowers are fragile and can snap with too much force!
Once a desired shape is created, let the plant settle for a few days
Often heat and humidity will help the plant “fall” to a more natural look.

Unless you are a horticulturist, you can not tell the difference easily; for ordinary people, artificial vertical gardens can be indistinguishable from the real ones.
Yes, they are, from installation to the entire service life! The installation cost of a true vertical garden is almost twice that of an artificial vertical garden because real green plants need constant water and appropriate light, expensive irrigation.
Artificial vertical gardens are different from one another, so, that means some can thrive outdoors, while others are only suitable to be installed indoors. If your artificial vertical garden is installed outdoors without UV treatment, it will gradually fade, and the green plants will change colour. That is when you will have to replace them. To avoid these problems, be sure to verify the suitability of the green walls before purchasing.
The regular maintenance requirements for artificial vertical garden walls are almost non-existent, except for the occasional use of a damp cloth to lightly dust to remove accumulated dust and dirt. This will make your green walls look fresh and vibrant.
